Kevin grew up in Abington, Massachusetts and attended Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton, Ma. While in high school he captained the football and basketball teams. Kevin went on to play and captain the Massasoit Community College Men's Basketball team. After graduation Kevin was the Assistant Coach at Massasoit for two years. From there he went on to coach at Scituate (Ma.) High School for four years. Kevin also coached AAU basketball for the Bay State Magic and was part of a coaching staff that won 3 straight state championships.
Kevin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has his Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Bridgewater (Ma) State College. In addition to his strong basketball background, Kevin has also worked with numerous high school, college, and professional athletes in a variety of other sports. Along with training athletes, Kevin has also written articles for the Elite Fitness Systems website.
