
Mike Anderson, BS, CSCS, has worked at one80 since 2006. Anderson graduated from Andover High School in 2001. He played Varsity Hockey for three years and was assistant captain of the hockey team his senior year. In 2005, Anderson graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Exercise Science.
While at UMass, he worked for the men's varsity hockey team as an assistant to the Athletic Trainer. Anderson recently became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), through the National Strength and Conditioning Association Certification Commission.
Anderson has previous experience working as a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in Orlando, Florida. Anderson develops personalized programs aimed at meeting his clients' specific, individualized needs. In the fall of 2007, Anderson will be entering the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
