Training Services
In addition to our full range of Membership Options, we provide the most successful personal training program in the area. Our success rate in helping clients reach their fitness goals is unmatched.

These sessions can be structured in several forms:

*One-on-One Personal Training
Here the individual works with a trainer of his or her choosing. The training can the 'micro-manage' each session to assure the best results. Because of this, results from personal training have proven to be 50% faster than working out without a trainer.

*Group Personal Training
The newest trend in the fitness industry is Group Personal Training. In this format, clients work together in small groups of 2-4 or even 5 individuals. This greatly reduces the cost of each session for all individuals, while maintaining the "hands on" results of working with your own trainer. This format also lends itself to some excellent camaraderie, with all the participants working towards a common goal - with no small amount of peer pressure for compliance!

The Process
We provide an industry leading and proprietary Evaluation Process which includes the following:

  • Highly reliable, 10 point Body Composition test (body fat)
  • Flexibility assessment based upon proven 'norms'
  • Lower body structural balance testing
  • Quantifiable Cardio-Vascular assessment measuring overall fitness
  • Complete Health and History determination, includes goal-setting
  • Crucial periodic retesting to keep focus on the client goal
  • Custom Program design
  • Individualized nutritional assessment
This comprehensive approach results in the most complete approach in the industry.

Education One of one80's primary goals is education. This may be in the form of staff or client seminars. On occasion, we will host seminars in-house and bring in industry leaders to speak on various topics of interest to our members. These talks are generally "limited attendance" events so that each attendee's questions can be answered.

In addition, we provide an Article Archive on our web site with outstanding articles. As a supplement to this archive, we produce periodic newsletters with informative and current articles for distribution in-house or via our sizable email subscriber list.
